Atalanta is delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Hanrahan to our management team as we continue to build our public affairs and campaign expertise.
Adam will expand on Atalanta’s exceptional delivery for a growing portfolio of clients which spans over 20 countries and includes philanthropies, international organisations, and public policy campaigns. He will also support clients of our sister company Barboni Strategies, which works with clients across industries including technology, management consulting, and asset management.
Adam joins Atalanta from Ipsos, the global research company, where he led the communications function for UK Public Affairs, their single biggest division globally. In this role he ran communications for global studies, including key projects such as International Women’s Day and International Refugee Day, collecting and using data from countries around the world including South Africa, India, Brazil, and Australia. In his role at Ipsos he also led their communications relating to the REACT study, a major part of the UK Government’s COVID-19 testing programme.
Adam has also previously worked in both Westminster, as Chief of Staff to an Acting Leader of a major political party, and in Brussels, as Chief of Staff to an MEP. He has also been elected himself, serving on Sheffield City Council from 2016.
CEO & Founder of Atalanta and Laurea, Eva Barboni said: “I am thrilled to welcome Adam to the team. His multi-sector, international experience will significantly amplify the impact we are able to deliver in partnership with our clients and represents a step change for Atalanta.”
Adam Hanrahan commented: “I’m delighted to be joining the growing team at Atalanta at this exciting time. I’m looking forward to using my blend of political and corporate communications experience to deliver for Atalanta’s clients in new and innovative ways.”
