Investing in Women

Our Founder and CEO, Eva Barboni, recently spoke at the inaugural “Investing in Women” charity ball.
During her speech, Eva made the case for investing in women’s political leadership, noting that such investment is credited not only with driving improvements in women’s empowerment but also with tangible policy shifts that lead to greater economic prosperity and security for everyone.
She spoke alongside other women leaders including Icelandic MP Halldóra Mogensen and UNAids Global Advocate for Young Women and Adolescent Girls Tessy Antony de Luxembourg.
The event benefited Womankind Worldwide, a global women’s rights organisation which works in partnership with local women’s movements primarily in Africa and Asia. You can support Womankind’s work here.
