Before joining Atalanta, Florence worked at a strategic communications agency, developing and delivering integrated media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and global reputation for international clients ranging from education foundations to world-leading technology organisations. Bringing expertise in research, strategic insight, and storytelling, her achievements include producing a major report on education and employment in Africa, and scriptwriting for high-profile stakeholders.
She also worked as a writer and Assistant Editor for two years at a publishing house, contributing magazine articles about heritage and archaeology. Driven by her commitment to supporting social change, Florence has also volunteered with NGOs, assisting with research into sustainable practices in refugee camps, and crafting social media content about women and girls’ empowerment in India.
Florence graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2016 with a Master of Arts in Archaeology, and later obtained a Master of Sciences in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics.
