Oliver is a strategic communications advisor with deep experience designing and delivering global campaigns that inspire action on complex issues, from sustainable development to global health and economic reform.
He is skilled in building narratives that turn optimism into action and has led award-winning media and stakeholder strategies for organisations including Google, Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Global Alliance for Improving Nutrition, Georgetown University, Sun King, Franklin Templeton, and HSBC.
Oliver began his career as a Parliamentary Advisor before moving to one of the world's largest consultancies, Teneo. Following this, he worked for independent agency, Woodrow, establishing its Africa office in Nairobi between 2020 and 2022. He retains a strong network in East Africa.
Oliver holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol.
