Cilena Rojas

Cilena leads the graphic design team, providing high-quality, on-brand design solutions for all Atalanta clients. With over 14 years’ experience, she facilitates the communication of complex information for key audiences, ensuring meaningful engagement. Cilena expertly navigates projects from the initial concept and strategy phases to final delivery.

Across her career, Cilena has acquired a wealth of experience spanning multiple sectors and disciplines working both within agencies and as a successful freelance designer managing her own global client base. In these roles, she has developed creative solutions for startups to well-known brands such as the BBC and NSPCC that include full brand identities, print design, digital, social, user interface, and event signage.

Cilena graduated from Kingston University London in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. She worked as a freelance designer with Atalanta for 4 years prior to moving in-house in 2021.
